Ingredients
- 3 medium zucchinis
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Spiralize the zucchinis into noodles and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Sauté until cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Pour in heavy cream and stir. Gradually mix in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Return chicken to the skillet along with zucchini noodles; toss until heated through (2-3 minutes). Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan and chopped parsley.
