- ½ cup light brown sugar (packed)
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375℉ and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Mix in the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined; expect a sticky dough.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them at least 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 9-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
