- 2/3 cup pizza sauce
- 3.5 ounces grated cheese (Gouda, Edam, or mozzarella)
- 2 ounces pepperoni
Instructions
- Blend cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and Italian herbs until smooth.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the blended mixture onto it, spreading it into a thin circle.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Increase oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread pizza sauce over the flatbread and top with cheese and pepperoni.
- Return to the oven for an additional 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
