Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 inch ginger (minced)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 head broccoli (chopped)
- 1 large bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon almond flour
- 1 batch keto stir fry sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Optional: 2 tablespoons chili sauce
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the keto stir fry sauce, sesame oil, and optional chili sauce; set aside.
- In another bowl, combine chopped chicken breast with almond flour until coated.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan or wok over medium heat. Add the chicken mixture and stir fry until mostly cooked through; remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and ginger; stir fry until fragrant. Then add onion, broccoli, and bell pepper; cook until vegetables are tender.
- Return the chicken to the pan, pour in the sauce, and let it thicken before serving.
