Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter (or any nut/seed butter)
- 3/4 cup allulose
- 1 large egg (room temperature)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180C/350F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, allulose, and egg. Mix until smooth.
- Form small balls of dough using a cookie scoop or your hands and place them on the prepared tray, spacing them about 3-4 inches apart. Flatten each ball slightly with a fork.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown but still soft in the center.
- Allow cookies to cool completely on the tray before serving.
