- 4 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour

- 1 packet instant rapid rise yeast
- 1 ½ cups warm water
- 1 large egg
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4–6 tablespoons melted butter (for topping)
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients: In a stand mixer, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Add wet ingredients: Pour in warm water, egg, and olive oil. Mix until combined.
- Beat dough: Increase speed to medium and beat for 5 minutes.
- Shape knots: Scoop dough into ropes and tie into knots on a greased baking sheet.
- Let rise: Allow to rest while preheating oven to 375°F (approx. 15 minutes).
- Prepare garlic butter topping: Melt butter and mix with garlic powder and herbs.
- Bake: Brush knots with half the topping; bake for 15–17 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm: Brush remaining topping over baked knots.
