Ingredients
- 1 pkg Italian sausages (chicken, beef, or turkey)
- 2 bell peppers (sliced)
- 1 large onion (sliced)
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- Olive oil
- Garlic salt
- Italian seasoning
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Sear the sausages in a skillet with olive oil until browned on both sides.
- Layer the sliced onions and bell peppers in the slow cooker over the sausages.
- Sprinkle garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and black pepper evenly.
- Pour marinara sauce over the top.
- Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours until everything is tender.
