- 14.75 oz Canned Pink Salmon (drained)
- 1 large Egg
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard Powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Fresh Parsley (finely chopped)
- Green Onions (finely chopped)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Drain the canned salmon and place it in a mixing bowl. Remove any large bones and mash with a fork.
- Add the egg, mustard powder, lemon juice, parsley, green onions, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into four patties.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook each patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
