  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Fresh Parsley (finely chopped)
  • Green Onions (finely chopped)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned salmon and place it in a mixing bowl. Remove any large bones and mash with a fork.
  2. Add the egg, mustard powder, lemon juice, parsley, green onions, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into four patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook each patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
