Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 Onion (diced)
- 3 Tbs Chili Powder
- 1 Tbs Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tbs Smoked Paprika
- 2 cups Beef Bone Broth
- 15 oz Fire Roasted Tomatoes
- Optional: 1/4 Tsp Xanthan Gum for thickness
Instructions
- Dice the onion finely.
- Set your pressure cooker to sauté mode and heat olive oil. Sauté onions until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.
- Stir in chili powder, cocoa powder, smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour in beef bone broth and fire-roasted tomatoes; stir to combine.
- If desired, add xanthan gum for extra thickness and mix well.
- Set the pressure cooker to manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
- After cooking, perform a quick release of pressure.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
