  • 1/2 Onion (diced)
  • 3 Tbs Chili Powder
  • 1 Tbs Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tbs Smoked Paprika
  • 2 cups Beef Bone Broth
  • 15 oz Fire Roasted Tomatoes
  • Optional: 1/4 Tsp Xanthan Gum for thickness

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion finely.

  6. If desired, add xanthan gum for extra thickness and mix well.
  7. Set the pressure cooker to manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
