- 3/4 cup protein powder (90g)
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (or honey)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Optional: 4 oz melted chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup, and salt until a smooth dough forms.
- Shape the mixture into bars by either pressing it into a lined 8×8 inch pan or forming individual bars by hand.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until firm.
- If using a pan, remove and cut into bar shapes; enjoy as is or dip in melted chocolate if desired.
