- 1 egg white (or large beaten egg)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt; whisk well.
- Add strained cottage cheese and mix using a fork until crumbled.
- Knead the dough in the bowl for about 2 minutes until smooth and tacky.
- Divide dough into four equal pieces. Shape each piece into a rope and join the ends to form bagels.
- Preheat your oven as per the baking sheet instructions. Brush bagels with egg wash and sprinkle with your choice of seasoning.
- Bake until golden brown, then enjoy fresh!
