- 18 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered Sweetener
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 oz dark chocolate (melted and cooled)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper and grease the edges.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, melted coconut oil, powdered sweetener, and cocoa powder until crumbly. Press into the pan and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sweetener until fluffy. Add vanilla extract, melted chocolate, and whipping cream; mix until smooth.
- Pour filling into the crust evenly. Chill for at least 4 hours or until firm.
