- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth

- 3 cups cooked chicken breast
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 cups beef rind crumbs
- 1 cup grated parmesan
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Prepare the creamy sauce by combining cream cheese, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until smooth.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with butter and layer the cooked chicken evenly on the bottom.
- Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken and top with Swiss cheese slices.
- In a bowl, mix grated parmesan with beef rind crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over the cheese layer.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown on top.
