  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté onions and bell peppers for about 5-6 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (7-8 minutes).
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce until well-coated.
  5. Reduce heat to low; add cream cheese and stir until completely melted.
  6. Transfer mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Layer provolone cheese on top followed by shredded mozzarella.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
