Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 large bell peppers, diced (green, red, or mix)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
- 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté onions and bell peppers for about 5-6 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (7-8 minutes).
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce until well-coated.
- Reduce heat to low; add cream cheese and stir until completely melted.
- Transfer mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly.
- Layer provolone cheese on top followed by shredded mozzarella.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
