Ingredients
- 10 oz frozen riced cauliflower
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 3 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups spinach
Instructions
- Cook the frozen riced cauliflower according to package instructions until tender.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add chopped onions. Sauté until soft and translucent.
- Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until golden brown.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for about one minute until fragrant.
- Mix in the cooked cauliflower rice along with soy sauce and stir until well combined.
- Finally, fold in fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
