- 2 oz. Unsweetened Chocolate
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1/2 Cup Sweetener (like Stevia or Erythritol)
Instructions
- Melt butter and chocolate together in a small pan over low heat, stirring until fully combined.
- Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract and sweetener until well blended.
- In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese with the chocolate mixture using a hand mixer until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan and freeze until firm.
- Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
