Ingredients
- 2–3 fresh zucchinis

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Wash and dry the zucchinis; slice into long strips or rounds.
- Sprinkle sliced zucchinis with salt; let sit for 10-15 minutes to draw out moisture, then pat dry.
- Toss zucchini with olive oil and your chosen spices or coatings.
- Place zucchini in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden brown.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
