- 3 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 packet instant rapid rise yeast
- 1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1½ cups warm water
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a stand mixer, combine gluten-free flour, yeast, psyllium husk powder (if using), baking powder, and salt.
- Add warm water, eggs, honey, and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients; mix on low until combined.
- Increase speed to medium and beat for about 5 minutes until the dough is stiff yet sticky.
- Grease a 9×4 inch baking pan and pour in the batter; smooth the top with a spatula.
- Cover with plastic wrap sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes until the internal temperature reaches at least 205°F (96°C).
- Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Allow cooling completely before slicing.
