- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 cup canned crushed tomato
- 1.5 cups beef broth
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or more to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Sauté chopped onion until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
- Add ground beef; cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
- Stir in chopped peppers and minced garlic; cook until fragrant.
- Combine crushed tomato, beef broth, water, salt, pepper, and spices; mix well.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for 20 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasonings; cook uncovered for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Stir in fresh parsley before serving.
