Ingredients
- 12.5 ounces canned chicken (drained)
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- Fresh lemon juice (squeeze)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Greek seasoning
Instructions
- Drain the canned chicken and place it in a mixing bowl.
- Dice the cucumber, chop black olives and red onion, and crumble feta cheese.
- Add all prepared ingredients into the bowl with the chicken.
- In another small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, and Greek seasoning.
- Pour dressing over the chicken mixture and gently combine until well mixed.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
