  • 12.5 ounces canned chicken (drained)
  • 1/4 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • Fresh lemon juice (squeeze)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Greek seasoning

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned chicken and place it in a mixing bowl.
  2. Dice the cucumber, chop black olives and red onion, and crumble feta cheese.
  3. Add all prepared ingredients into the bowl with the chicken.
  4. In another small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, and Greek seasoning.
  5. Pour dressing over the chicken mixture and gently combine until well mixed.
  6. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
