- 1 cup cashew butter (smooth and creamy)
- 1/2 cup allulose (or preferred low-carb sweetener)
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup keto chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cashew butter, allulose, egg, and baking soda. Mix until smooth. Fold in the keto chocolate chips.
- Form 12 small balls of dough and place them on the prepared tray. Flatten each ball slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow cooling completely on the tray before serving.
