  • 8 hot dogs
  • 8 low-carb tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
