- 1 1/2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Cup Cooked Chicken
- 1/4 Cup Bell Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Diced Tomato
- 1/8 Cup Green Onion
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a pizza pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Spread the mixture evenly over the parchment paper in a circular shape.
- Bake for about 5 minutes until melted and bubbly, then drain excess oil.
- Layer cooked chicken, bell peppers, tomatoes, and green onions over one half of the cheese shell. Fold the other half over and press gently to seal.
- Return to the oven for another 4-5 minutes until heated through and slightly crispy.
