  • 1 1/2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup Cooked Chicken
  • 1/4 Cup Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Tomato
  • 1/8 Cup Green Onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a pizza pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Spread the mixture evenly over the parchment paper in a circular shape.
  3. Bake for about 5 minutes until melted and bubbly, then drain excess oil.
  4. Layer cooked chicken, bell peppers, tomatoes, and green onions over one half of the cheese shell. Fold the other half over and press gently to seal.
  5. Return to the oven for another 4-5 minutes until heated through and slightly crispy.
