  • 1 1/2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup Cooked Chicken
  • 1/4 Cup Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Tomato
  • 1/8 Cup Green Onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a pizza pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella and cheddar cheese, spreading the mixture evenly on the parchment paper in a circular shape. Bake for about 5 minutes until melted.
  3. Once out of the oven, place cooked chicken on one half of the cheese shell, followed by bell pepper, diced tomato, and green onion.
  4. Fold the cheese shell over the fillings and press down gently. Return to the oven for an additional 4-5 minutes until everything is heated through.
  5. Serve hot with toppings like sour cream or guacamole.
