- 1 1/2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Cup Cooked Chicken
- 1/4 Cup Bell Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Diced Tomato
- 1/8 Cup Green Onion
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a pizza pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella and cheddar cheese, spreading the mixture evenly on the parchment paper in a circular shape. Bake for about 5 minutes until melted.
- Once out of the oven, place cooked chicken on one half of the cheese shell, followed by bell pepper, diced tomato, and green onion.
- Fold the cheese shell over the fillings and press down gently. Return to the oven for an additional 4-5 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Serve hot with toppings like sour cream or guacamole.
