- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded lettuce (for topping)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise (for sauce)
- 1 tbsp dill pickle relish (for sauce)
- 1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tsp Swerve confectioner’s sugar substitute
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with chopped onion until cooked through. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in dill pickle relish and Worcestershire sauce; season with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, Swerve, and sugar-free ketchup to make the sauce.
- On a parchment-lined baking sheet, form shredded cheddar into circles about 3-4 inches across and bake for 6-8 minutes until crispy.
- Assemble by placing sauce and shredded lettuce down the center of each cheese circle; add meat mixture and roll up tightly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
