- 2 ½ cups coleslaw mix (or shredded cabbage)
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese (grated)
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
- 6 slices turkey bacon (cooked and crumbled)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a cast-iron skillet, combine shredded chicken with BBQ sauce, garlic salt, and diced red onion.
- Mix in half of the grated Monterey Jack and sharp cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Layer the coleslaw mix over the chicken mixture evenly.
- Top with remaining cheeses and crumbled turkey bacon.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
