  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Peel and devein shrimp; slice sausage; cut broccoli into florets; mince garlic.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast on a baking sheet for 15 minutes until crispy.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sauté sliced sausage for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from skillet.
  5. Reduce heat to medium, add butter to the skillet, then sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes. Stir in honey and soy sauce; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Combine shrimp, sausage, and broccoli in the skillet; toss everything in the sauce for another two minutes.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles or enjoy as is!
