  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1 tsp cider vinegar or lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch round baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed sweet potato, almond butter, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cider vinegar or lemon juice until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, baking soda, and sea salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and stir gently until combined.
  5. Fold in coconut milk and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
