Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on a clean surface, ensuring bananas are ripe for maximum sweetness.
- In a blender, combine cocoa powder, milk, ripe bananas, salt, and maple syrup. If desired, add peanut butter.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space for expansion during freezing.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
- To remove from molds, run warm water over the outside for about 15 seconds before gently twisting them out.
