  • 1 large head romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • 1/2 red onion (sliced)
  • 2 large pickles (sliced)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the lean ground beef. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Drain any excess liquid from the skillet and remove from heat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Assemble your bowls by layering chopped romaine lettuce followed by cooked ground beef and toppings: avocado slices, red onion, pickles, and cherry tomatoes.
