Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the lean ground beef seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, maple syrup, salt, and pepper to make the burger sauce.
- Assemble your bowls by layering chopped romaine lettuce at the bottom, followed by the cooked ground beef.
- Top with sliced avocado, red onion, pickles, and halved cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle generously with the prepared burger sauce and adjust seasoning if needed.
