1 large head romaine lettuce (chopped)
1 lb lean ground beef
4 tbsp sour cream
4 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp maple syrup
1 avocado (sliced)
1/2 red onion (sliced)
2 large pickles (sliced)
1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the lean ground beef along with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, then drain any excess liquid.
In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, maple syrup, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Assemble your bowls by placing chopped romaine lettuce at the bottom. Top with cooked ground beef followed by sliced avocado, red onion, pickles, and cherry tomatoes.
