- 1 large head romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- 1/2 red onion (sliced)
- 2 large pickles (sliced)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the lean ground beef along with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, then drain any excess liquid.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, maple syrup, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Assemble your bowls by placing chopped romaine lettuce at the bottom. Top with cooked ground beef followed by sliced avocado, red onion, pickles, and cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle the homemade sauce over each bowl and season to taste with additional salt and pepper before serving.
