- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli florets

Instructions
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through (165°F). Let rest before slicing.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Toss broccoli with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt in a mixing bowl. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15–20 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Cook grains according to package instructions; fluff with a fork.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and season; simmer until thickened.
- Assemble bowls with grains as the base, topped with sliced chicken and roasted broccoli, drizzled with sauce.
