Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup powdered peanut butter
- 1/3 cup fat-free Greek yogurt (or vegan yogurt)
- 3–4 Tbsp mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the vanilla protein powder and powdered peanut butter until well mixed.
- Add the fat-free Greek yogurt to the dry mixture. Knead with your hands until fully combined. Adjust texture with more powdered peanut butter or yogurt as needed.
- Gently fold in mini chocolate chips if desired.
- Shape the mixture into a rectangular mound and wrap tightly in plastic wrap or place in an airtight container.
- Chill in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before slicing into five equal bars.
