Ingredients
- 1 c plain Greek yogurt (whole milk/full fat)
- 3/4 c peanut butter
- 1/4 c vanilla protein powder
- 1–2 T maple syrup or honey
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c dark chocolate chips
- flaked sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend plain Greek yogurt, peanut butter, vanilla protein powder, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Line a quarter sheet pan with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly using an offset spatula.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring in between until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the yogurt mixture and spread evenly.
- Freeze for 2-3 hours until fully set. Once frozen, cut into pieces or break apart to serve.
