- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and both sugars until fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla until well combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Scoop dough into balls (about 1.5–2 tablespoons each) and roll in a cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Chill dough balls for at least 30 minutes.
- Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 10–14 minutes or until golden around the edges.
- Allow cooling on a wire rack before serving.
