- 3 cups all-purpose gluten-free flour blend
- 1/4 cup tapioca starch/flour
- 3 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1/2 cup dry milk powder
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 1/4 cups warm milk
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch x 13-inch casserole dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients: gluten-free flour blend, tapioca starch, dry milk powder, yeast, and brown sugar.
- In another bowl, mix wet ingredients: melted butter, egg, apple cider vinegar, and warm milk until smooth.
- Gradually add wet mixture to dry ingredients until fully combined into a soft dough.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread softened butter over it. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll tightly from one end to form a log; slice into equal pieces and place in the prepared dish.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place for about an hour.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
- Prepare frosting by mixing confectioners' sugar with milk and cream until smooth; drizzle over warm rolls.
