- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut hole pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, maple syrup, Greek yogurt, milk, and eggs until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fill the donut hole pan about 3/4 full with batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
