Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a stand mixer, beat softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in the egg and vanilla until well combined.
- Add almond flour, baking soda, and sea salt; mix until you have a sticky dough. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Shape dough into balls (about ⅓ cup each) and place on the baking sheet with space between each cookie.
- Bake for 11-15 minutes, depending on your desired texture. Allow cooling for at least 15 minutes before serving.
