  • 2 Tbsp Reduced Fat Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 15 oz Can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Bag (8.5 oz) Barilla Ready Pasta Rotini
  • Granular Sugar Substitute (like stevia or Swerve)
  • Crushed Red Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Marinate the Chicken: In a resealable bag, combine garlic pepper, parmesan cheese, and crushed red pepper. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, add to the bag, shake until coated, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Cook the Chicken: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat with nonstick cooking spray. Add marinated chicken in an even layer; cook for about 4 minutes before flipping. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until no longer pink.
