Ingredients
- 1¾ cups pre-shredded mozzarella
- ¾ cup almond meal/flour
- 2 tbsp natural unsweetened yogurt
- 1 egg
- ½ tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 191°C/375°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, almond flour, and yogurt. Microwave for 1 minute; stir and microwave again for another 30 seconds until fully melted.
- In another bowl, mix together the egg and baking powder. Fold into the melted cheese mixture until well combined.
- Divide the dough into 10 equal portions; roll each into balls and flatten into ovals about 8mm thick.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden around the edges.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley; brush over naan before returning to the oven for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
