  • 1¾ cups pre-shredded mozzarella
  • ¾ cup almond meal/flour
  • 2 tbsp natural unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 191°C/375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, almond flour, and yogurt. Microwave for 1 minute; stir and microwave again for another 30 seconds until fully melted.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the egg and baking powder. Fold into the melted cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions; roll each into balls and flatten into ovals about 8mm thick.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden around the edges.
  6. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley; brush over naan before returning to the oven for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
