- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
Instructions
- Cut beef into bite-sized pieces and halve the baby potatoes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear beef until browned on all sides.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter with garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper to create the sauce.
- In a slow cooker, layer halved potatoes and seared beef; pour garlic butter sauce over the top and add beef broth.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the beef is fork-tender.
- Let rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
