Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mashed sweet potato, maple syrup, almond butter, melted coconut oil, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, coconut flour, and sea salt; stir until well combined.
- Fold in dairy-free chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and level the top.
- Bake for 25-28 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan before lifting out and cutting into squares.
