Instructions

- Gently fold the yolk mixture into the egg whites while maintaining airiness.
- Fold in blueberries carefully to avoid deflating the batter.
- Scoop mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each portion.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Allow cooling before serving.
