Instructions
- Line a square baking dish with aluminum foil and grease it to prevent sticking.
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, mix the chocolate chips and evaporated milk. Microwave at high power in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Stir in the monk fruit sweetener, butter, and vanilla extract. Heat again for another 30 seconds if necessary.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and refrigerate until fully set.
- Lift out using the foil edges, cut into squares, and serve.
