Ingredients
- 1 pound corned beef
- 8 oz sauerkraut
- 12 oz Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup diced dill pickles
- Butter or cooking spray (for greasing)
- 1/2 cup Russian dressing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Drain the liquid from the sauerkraut using a mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
- Grease a casserole dish with butter or nonstick cooking spray.
- Layer half of the corned beef in the dish, followed by sauerkraut and diced dill pickles.
- Drizzle half of the Russian dressing and sprinkle one-third of the Swiss cheese on top. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbling.
- Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a golden finish before serving.
