  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese
  • 2 cans (10 oz each) Rotel
  • 1 tbsp adobo seasoning or taco seasoning
  • 2 tsp ancho chili powder
  • 4 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, seasoning with half of the adobo or taco seasoning.
  2. In the slow cooker, add cream cheese, Rotel, and remaining seasoning.
  3. Drain excess grease from the ground beef and add it to the slow cooker.
  4. Pour chicken broth over the mixture and stir well.
  5. Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
  6. Stir in cilantro before serving, if desired.
