Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese
- 2 cans (10 oz each) Rotel
- 1 tbsp adobo seasoning or taco seasoning
- 2 tsp ancho chili powder
- 4 cups chicken broth
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, seasoning with half of the adobo or taco seasoning.
- In the slow cooker, add cream cheese, Rotel, and remaining seasoning.
- Drain excess grease from the ground beef and add it to the slow cooker.
- Pour chicken broth over the mixture and stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
- Stir in cilantro before serving, if desired.
