  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions; set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, whole milk, parmesan cheese, cornstarch, garlic powder, basil, and oregano. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a large pan over low heat, warm the blended sauce for about 5 minutes.
  4. Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with extra parmesan and parsley if desired.
