- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions; set aside.
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, whole milk, parmesan cheese, cornstarch, garlic powder, basil, and oregano. Blend until smooth.
- In a large pan over low heat, warm the blended sauce for about 5 minutes.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra parmesan and parsley if desired.
