Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, dairy-free milk, and chia seeds. Whisk until well blended.
- Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes without stirring to allow the chia seeds to gel. Afterward, whisk again and cover the bowl.
- Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours until thickened.
- Stir before serving in small dessert glasses and top with your choice of fruits, nuts, or coconut whipped cream.
