Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 3–4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup tahini Caesar dressing
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed (optional)
- 2–3 large wraps
Instructions
- Rinse and drain chickpeas; pat dry.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and cook chickpeas with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until crispy (about 5 minutes).
- In a bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce with tahini dressing; mix well.
- Assemble wraps by spreading mashed avocado on the wrap, adding seasoned chickpeas and salad mixture.
- Roll tightly and serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
